| Tom Marshall from Glasgow, better known as Dam Mantle, has two DJ sets in store for us, both prepared especially for OFF Festival. As the artist himself puts it, his music takes the lo-fi aesthetic to the dance floor. According to BBC Newsbeat his mini-album “Grey” contains “some of the most exciting beats of the moment”.
