JEFF KLEINSMITH and "20+ years of SUB POP at OFF Festival 2009".

As everyone already knows, the special guest of this year`s edition of OFF Festival is going to be the boss of SUB POP, Jonathan Poneman, but he is not the only one significant figure from this cult record company who is going to appear this year in Mysłowice. Jeff Kleinsmith is going to come to OFF Festival as well, he has been the first and so far the only one artistic director of SUB POP who is going to present his works at the exhibition at The Local Culture Centre Gallery (Galeria Miejskiego Centrum Kultury). For the last 20 years he has created hundreds of posters and albums` covers for numerous bands such as Mudhoney , Queens Of The Stone Age, Iron & Wine, Nine Inch Nails or Flight of The Conchords.

but only at OFF Festival there is going to be a chance to have a closer look at them.

The opening of the exhibition “20+ years of SUB POP” with the participation of the author is going to take place on Saturday, the 8th of August at 3 p.m. The curator of the exhibition: Lenka Panak .
