OFF FESTIVAL KATOWICE 2010 media accreditations rules:

1. Download and fill in the application form (electronically) – DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM

2. E-mail the completed application form to: info@off-festival.pl

3. Media organizations applying for more than one pass are asked to complete a separate credential application form for each journalist.

4. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

5. The deadline for media credential applications is July 25, 2010. Applications submitted after this date will not be processed.

6. Applications will be issued and confirmed via e-mail by July 31, 2010. Journalists will also be informed about rejected applications.

7. OFF FESTIVAL KATOWICE 2010 media accreditations are free of charge, personal, and untransferrable.
